It’s taken months of planning our summer trip to Drayton Manor. With a whopping 36 families booking (regrettably 6 families were unable to attend in the end) we needed 2 mini buses, 2 coaches and some families even drove themselves! We had volunteers waiting at the park for those families, whilst a few more assisted families with parking at the coach pick up area and getting on the coaches. It was a very long day, starting at 8am and we finally arrived home for 7pm!
We received lots of lovely feedback from families and children.
‘Thank you for today. I smiled a lot and had fun which I haven’t done for a while’
‘Thank you Harry’s Rainbow for a lovely day out’
‘Thank you for a fab day. We had a marvelous time’
‘My son in law Paul Maxwell. And our ,2 grandsons had the best day …There so grateful for everything you are doing for them after losing their mum ,my daughter and Paul’s wife …’
‘Amazing day. Kids loved it. Thank u’
We must thank Rebecca from Ingram Micra for donating the money for this trip as well as all of our supporters and donators for your constant help and support! Our Harry’s Heroes really helped to make the day run smoothly, by assisting with the coaches and during the day so that families were able to make the most of the day!
