This February saw the next face to face groups happening, with a total of 26 children and 18 families being supported, along with our youth group gaining more teens too.
The Rainbow Group families created mindfulness wands that will help them to calm down if they feel angry or overwhelmed by taking some deep breaths and blowing through the wands. They also enjoyed some games and other activities as well as lovely food as always from Tracey, The Sandwich Lady.
The teens enjoyed some Subway and getting to know each other as well as undertaking an activity provided by Arthur Ellis.
The groups are pivotal for allowing these children and families to have contact with each other and realise that they are not alone. As well as have fun too!
