Sunshine Monday – 21st January 2019
Sunshine Monday wiped Blue Monday off the floor yesterday at Energie Fitness.
Over 16 hours (6am – 10pm) the treadmill never stopped – apart from swapping runners – and 32 people took part in the Treadmill challenge covering a total of 138kms. The farthest travelled was by Alex Hackland who ran an incredible 20.1km and the eldest participant was Sandra Brown who ran 4.5km in 25 minutes….
Converted into £’s that’s £138 being donated to us from the awesome guys at Energie Fitness, Kiln Farm, plus we donations totalling £190.50 on the day.
