Fundraising is a major part of enabling us to give bereaved children a brighter tomorrow. We are a self funding charity, needing to raise every penny that is used towards our Mission and Vision. To do this we need staff, volunteers and premises, as well as the Compassion, Dedication and Integrity to deliver our services. We must run as a business with a plan, budgets, forecasting and we must raise enough to ensure we can fulfil our service promises. We appreciate every donation and are proud of every fundraiser, donor and grant funder we meet! 

To enable us to deliver the incredible services we do to bereaved children and their families, Harry’s Rainbow plan and take part in a number of events, challenges and campaigns. We try to make sure there is something for everyone to enjoy from colour runs to quiz nights and are always open to new and exciting ideas.

The challenge events we take part in vary and can include skydiving, abseiling and various running events and challenges such as the Festival of Running, the London Marathon and tough mudders. Many of our fundraisers have organised their own challenges such as hiking, ultra marathons, and the 3 peaks!! 

We also organise fun events such as quizzes, balls, golf days and networking lunches and typically have others planned throughout the year. To see all of our upcoming events take a look at our EVENTS page.

Not only do we need support to organise and run these events but we’re also keen to connect with people who are great organisers themselves, to come up with new ways and ideas to fundraise for us, or to join our team!
